Why do affirmations work?

When practiced regularly (should be daily tbh), affirmations strengthen your sense of self. These statements help you to know who you are without the input of anyone else and empower you to feel good about the life you are living.

Here’s how you can use them:

  • Recite them to yourself in the mirror

  • Write them down in your journal

  • Or, of course, recite them on your hot girl walk
