Welcome to the first edition of Office Slayers— you’re no BS guide to absolutely slaying.

I love the idea and vibe around being a “hot girl,” but a lot of people see that and think that being hot is just for conventionally attractive, well, girls.

But that couldn’t be further from the truth.

Here’s the real tea on what being a hot girl is about:

  • a mindset that you can achieve anything you want

  • confidence in your individuality and what you bring to the table

  • taking responsibility for the life you want to create for yourself

So, if you think about it…

I know what you’re thinking: becoming this person seems so hard! And that’s why we’re just talking about 1 thing in today’s newsletter: the hot girl walk.

WTF is a hot girl walk?

We all know that the best transformations are the ones that start internally. The hot girl walk allows you to focus on your body and your mind at the same time.

And the secret? The hot girl mentality doesn’t end after you’ve hit 10k steps, you take that energy with you throughout the whole day.

What’s important is the habit you build while walking to only think good thoughts — and this pretty much guarantees good things will happen (if you truly believe them, and you also take aligned action. More on that in a future newsletter.)
