It is, once again, your favorite email of the week!!

In certain group situations, I can sometimes be known as “the funny one”

Sharing a few of my favorite “bits” in today’s newsletter so someone reading can be the funny one!!

Feel free to steal any of these and make it your personality for the next 3 months:

My favorite bits:

For when someone compliments something about you that you were born with:

Starting niche, BUT these are always a crowd favorite.

Context: I was #blessed to be born with a cool name: Bella Rose. So when people compliment my name, I usually say either of these things:

1. “Thanks! I got it for my birthday!”
2. “Thanks, my parents paid extra” (usually in response to ‘how did you get a name like that?’ or something)

For when anything bad happens:

Someone stole your parking spot, you got dumped, things are not working out the way you planned:

“Hey, that’s showbiz baby”

What can you do? It’s just showbiz

For when someone tells you they did something and overcame a minor setback:

Example: someone tells you they had to go replace the paper in the printer but there wasn’t any by the printer so they had to go to the storage room.

Simply reply with: “You are so brave and strong”

Hahaha.

For if you’re from a small town / middle of nowhere place:

If someone asks you where you’re from, tell them where you’re actually from but the key is in the follow up. Example:

Person: “Hey where are you from?”
Me: “I’m from Belton, TX…it’s the Maui of the south”

The bit: Maui of the (wherever)

Could do so many more of these but I shall save that for a later newsletter :)
